Everything is a learning experience
I learn best through personal experience, and am a strong believer that every experience can teach a lesson. It is important to reflect on moments in life because often the best lesson is realized after the moment has passed.

Creativity should always be welcomed in and outside of the workplace. It allows for optimal growth as well as a much needed outlet.
